Head Chef
Requirements:
- A strong individual with exceptional experience with creating Grilled dishes – chicken, steaks & burgers
- Confidence with menu creation
- This will have demonstrated your credentials within a similar head chef role for a minimum of 5 years
- Excellent craft skills as well as good knowledge of current food trends
- Overseeing food ordering & preparation
- A proven history of sound kitchen management, food safety and HACCP controls
- Passionate individual who will relish developing their team
- Enthusiasm and willingness to progress your career
- Candidates need to be fluent in English
