Head Chef

• A strong individual with exceptional experience with creating Grilled dishes – chicken, steaks & burgers
• Confidence with menu creation
• This will have demonstrated your credentials within a similar head chef role for a minimum of 5 years
• Excellent craft skills as well as good knowledge of current food trends
• Overseeing food ordering & preparation
• A proven history of sound kitchen management, food safety and HACCP controls
• Passionate individual who will relish developing their team
• Enthusiasm and willingness to progress your career
• Candidates need to be fluent in English
